Tech came out on time and not only explained the process, services, and pricing but allowed me to inspect the old rusty part. This added additional piece of mind. I also signed up for their bi-annual maintenance program and was able to save additional $$. It's 3:30 in the afternoon, 100 degrees and the A/C is not working. Michele returned my call within 10 minutes of submitting the request. Followed up with me 3 or 4 times, very nice and sympathetic. Got me worked into the schedule. Our tech, Bill, was very nice and very professional. Checked everything, found the problem quickly, gave me the estimate, and made the repair, and was gone, all by 6:30 pm. I can't thank you enough and will definitely recommend you to everyone.
